About Borealis Mining Company Ltd.
Borealis is a Nevada gold producer focused on mining and exploration at its Borealis Mine, advancing its Sandman development project, and exploring its Big Balds project. The Borealis Mine is a fully permitted, actively producing mine site with operating heap leach pads, an ADR facility, and all the infrastructure needed for heap leach gold production. In addition to the mine, the property is highly prospective for additional high-sulfidation gold mineralization. It comprises 815 unpatented mining claims of approximately 20 acres each, totaling approximately 16,300 acres, and one unpatented mill site claim of about five acres in western Nevada. The Sandman project is a development-stage project with an NI 43-101 compliant resource and a 2026 Preliminary Economic Assessment that indicates compelling economics, particularly at current gold prices. Borealis is led by a strong board and management team, many of whom have founded, managed, and sold highly successful mining and exploration companies.
