Borealis is host to a fully permitted, production-ready gold mine equipped with active heap leach pads, an ADR facility, and all necessary infrastructure to support a heap leach gold operation. The project has produced over 600,000 oz of gold historically through conventional heap leaching and contains a significant endowment of unmined gold mineralization. With a vast 21-square-mile land package, Borealis is a highly prospective gold project with multiple high-priority exploration targets and significant potential for additional high-sulfidation gold mineralization. Borealis is also advancing its Sandman gold project, an advanced-stage exploration asset with a with an updated Preliminary Economic Assessment published in 2026, while pursuing the restart of production at Borealis.
