Position Title: Exploration Geologist

Location: Borealis Mine Site, Hawthorne, Nevada

Reports to: VP Exploration

Basic Function:
Collect, compile, report, and archive data. Analyse geologic and analytical data to identify mineralized and target areas for future drilling. Monitor exploration drilling to ensure quality of samples and accuracy of targeting. Oversee QAQC program for data collection including grab sample assays. Liaise with engineering and other site team members. Use Trimble survey equipment to lay out and collect collar data. Oversee core and onsite lab technicians.

Position Title: Process General Foreman

Location: Borealis Mine Site, Hawthorne, Nevada

Reports to: Mine Manager

Basic Function:
General Foreman for the operations at the Borealis mine site will provide a key supporting role to the Mine Manager. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the process plant and leach pad is meeting production and safety targets, and that the process operators are trained and capable of executing their work safely and efficiently.

Position Title: Mine Technician

Location: Borealis Mine Site

Reports to: Senior Mine Engineer

Basic Function:
The Mine Technician provides essential technical support to the Mine Engineering team,
primarily assisting the Senior Mine Engineer in the planning, design, and operational tracking of mining activities. This role is critical for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of mine plans through accurate surveying, production planning, drill and blast design, and geotechnical data management.

Position Title: Maintenance Millwright

Location: Borealis Mine Site

Reports to: Process General Foreman

Basic Function:
The Maintenance millwright will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all process
equipment and machinery while optimizing processing and reducing equipment downtime by performing predictive and preventative maintenance on all equipment and machinery.

Position Title: Electrician​

Location: Borealis Mine Site, Hawthorne, NV

Reports to: Process General Foreman

Basic Function:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes. Proficient in trouble shooting and maintaining control circuits and instrumentation. Proficient in trouble shooting, maintaining control circuits, and instrumentation as it pertains to process equipment, crushers, and belt liners.

Position Title: Process Operator​

Reports to: Process General Foreman

Basic Function:
The day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Adsorption, Desorption, Recovery (ADR)
plant, the processing of carbon to doré.

Position Title: Senior Mine Planning Engineer

Location: Borealis Mine, Hawthorne, Nevada- 4/3 Rotation

Reports to: Mine Manager

Basic Function:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mine Planning Engineer to lead short-, medium-, and long-range planning at the Borealis Mine. This is a hands-on technical role that supports daily production while driving strategic mine design and optimization. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where engineers have broad responsibilities.

Position Title: Metallurgist

Location: Borealis Mine, Hawthorne, Nevada

Reports to: Mine Manager

Basic Function:
The Metallurgist for the mining operations at the Borealis mine site will provide a key technical supporting role to the Heap Leach and ADR Plant operations. They will provide technical guidance to the ADR plant and assist with reconciliation of plant and leach pad inventory.
