Borealis’ Vision: Building a High-Cash-Flow Operation While Expanding a Significant Resource on the Flagship Borealis Project
Who is Borealis Mining Company?
Borealis Mining aims to be Nevada’s newest mid-tier mining company, growing by both the drill bit and potential acquisitions. Borealis intends to resume mining at the Borealis Mine and utilize our existing infrastructure to eventually implement a hub-and-spoke model with the goal of producing greater than 100k oz per annum.
We are located in the Walker Lane Gold Trend, with an endowment of >50 Moz gold, which is about a 25 minute drive from the town of Hawthorne, Nevada.
What else should I know about Borealis?
We are leveraging our existing infrastructure for non-dilutive growth.
And what does that mean?
Immediate Revenue Generation
- Existing stockpiles and ready-to-mine reserves in permitted pits.
- Fully permitted operation allows near-term production and cash flow generation.
High-Grade Potential
- Historical drill work has revealed high-grade oxide mineralization in several pits.
- Opportunity to expand known reserves and add high-grade ounces to support continued cash flow.
- Historical drill holes in existing pits have ended in high grade oxide mineralization – 7+ g/t
De-risked Exploration
- The ability to pour gold now provides non-dilutive capital to fund exploration.
- Exploration expenses backed by revenue, reducing the need for equity raises and protecting shareholder value.
Strategic Growth Path
- Immediate focus on high-margin oxide production to fund further exploration.
- While there is substantial resource known of decent grade, there is also a significant portion which is high grade to focus on for exceptional free cash flows and margins.
- Long-term vision includes delineating a large subsurface underground sulfide deposit – which is hypothesized to be the feeder system for the at/near surface oxide deposits.
